Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Model

This Build-Operate-Transfer Model suits independent software vendors and companies who are interested in the benefits of an offshore subsidiary but are concerned about the inherent risks. In this model, companies could rapidly commence offshore operations and own an entire offshore facility with a minimal investment.

It can be defined by explaining each of the three Phases:

Phase I - Build

Appropriate infrastructure, facilities and team form the foundation of any project. We set up your offshore development center according to your requirements and specifications in a phased and carefully managed process. All the details like the infrastructure, space to be allocated, hardware and software needs together with a team with the required set of skills are extensively worked on.

Phase II - Operate

We take care of all your operations for a decided time period. We run you operations with complete responsibility as per the decided objectives to ensure effective results. However, the financial and the operational ownership of the project stays entirely with the client. We ensure a smooth flow of the various processes.

Phase III - Transfer

In the last phase of the model, our clients have the option to buy the ODC. The complete process with the manpower is transferred in your hands. If however, you want to extend on the second phase, it can be undertaken with flexibility.
In the Build-Operate-Transfer Model, Evoke launches a dedicated facility for the client. This facility is like an extension of the client's own facility. The dedicated facility leverages Evoke’s technical infrastructure, processes and execution capabilities. The dedicated facility is staffed either by existing Evoke’s resources or by Client's resources or by resources hired specifically for engagement or a mix of them all. Evoke has a well-defined mechanism for the smooth transition of the facility to the client.
