Onsite Delivery Model

Onsite business model is best suited when the frequent interactions with development team are required or the nature of the software product is too complex to be outsourced to the destinations outside premises. Onsite Delivery Model is usually adopted where the scope of the project is repetitive and open-ended as is the case with most of the process re-engineering related services.


In this model the work is carried out by the Evoke’s team members deputed at client location. There is no involvement of offshore development center except intermittent technology training sessions conducted for onsite development professionals through webcasts or video conference. The onsite development team works closely with Evoke’s employees minimizing cultural differences, which helps us in building good rapport with client. All this helps in delivering better software product to the client.

Continuous interaction with the client is possible which enables the service provider to have a clear understanding of what the client is expecting from them and also of the end results desired by the client.

The service provider can obtain first hand information by understanding the scenario existing at the client’s place.

As the team working closely with the Client at client’s premises there is any chance of communication gap.

Minimum chances of alterations in latter stages:

The number of changes required in the output provided by the service provider will almost be negligible.
