The Java/J2EE Developer will follow a detailed Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC) methodology to write structured and well-documented code. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent job experience.
• Minimum of 3-4 years experience developing applications in a Java, Struts, J2EE with EJBs and Oracle database environment.
• Experience in complete SDLC on at least one project.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
• Experience with Documentum is a plus.
• Experience with open source technologies such as Hibernate, Ajax is a plus.

Description

Candidate will be responsible for identifying technology and programming methodology . Conduct system acceptance testing and implementation reviews. Candidate must have experience with N-tier software application using JEE, JSP, servlets, EJB, JDBC, HTML, DHTML, XML, Javascript, Experience in Coldfusion development tools with Oracle (PL/SQ,SQL*Plus) & SQL Server as backend databases. Develop Web application and modular templates.

Requirements

Strong analytical and communication skills are required. Solid experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and planning of large projects Strong time management skills; highly organized and detail oriented Proven technical and analytical abilities in a multi functional environment utilizing multiple systems on multiple platforms. Bachelor's degree in technology preferred.
