Policy Statement:

The Management of Evoke shall ensure that the Software Quality Assurance function is defined and implemented across the organization with an objective to continually improve process capability and performance. This is ensured through process definition, training of resources, and monitoring the implementation of process at regular intervals.

For us "Process" is not just documentation, we strive to follow the best practices in the technologies we use as well as use standards and maintain clear documentation like process documents, checklists and guidelines.
