We designed and implemented a robust case management system using Pega, transforming over 40+ paper-based forms into streamlined digital workflows with well-defined parent-child case hierarchies. To ensure accessibility and on-the-go functionality, we also developed native mobile applications for iOS and Android, complemented by a fully responsive web interface—empowering field teams and office staff alike with real-time access and seamless collaboration.
